I find that attitude incomprehensible. I can only explain it as some kind of psychological issue they have. Or maybe they hate men? To condemn men to NOT be caregivers, to claim men are incapable of taking care of their own children is, of course absolutely false, as any guy who frequents RD can attest. Yet you have these clowns spouting this BS as if it is obvious fact. Man, Brian, you really are digging up some wild stuff!

It is rather mind boggling. O’Beirne did seem very rational and informed, except on this one issue. When it comes to men staying home it seemed like a very irrational unsubstantiated response, and eager to quickly change the subject. First she says to marry a liberal, and then she says those kind of men don’t exist. I know we lost the election by a few votes, but we (liberals) are not exactly a rare breed or anything.

What an a**hole. My little girl has more or less been solely raised by me. She’s happy, intelligent, well adjusted, outgoing, loves music and dancing, etc. How did this individual actually get into a position where anyone would give a damn about her close minded opinion?
